My husband's Windows 10 order cost £99 and he also paid import tax of £21, at the time of ordering - but no additional surprise charges on delivery. So it seems that Amazon will show what the import charges will be, before you place your order. I've just had a new battery for my Vax vacuum cleaner "delivered" from the Amazon.co.uk today and the import fees were already added to the final cost too. £15.33 import tax on an order of £66.66. When I say "delivered", I mean that the delivery person just threw the package over the garden wall and we found it later on! Luckily it wasn't something fragile.... oh wait.....
