Please tell me who is sending people back to work?

Where do you get these "FACTS" from??

Murcia today reported that certain workers will be allowed to return to work from the govt who are suggesting the change in the situation I am pointing out there is no change and should be extended not relaxed 

One thing that seems strange is your FACTS I quoted no facts just that it was suggested that because it was getting better it was relaxing the situation I disagree with that

Probably not a fact but official preparations between authorities and trade unions  with regard to workers safety as from Monday next. 

Chickens lay eggs, cows give milk, vegetables grow daily. People expect to be able to go to supermarkets and obtain them and a multitude of other items. They need people to produce them. There has to be a gradual and restricted return to certain tasks. It means travelling to work, taking certain risks at work. The alternative is no fresh food for you.

They are talking about letting workers back into the fields. Which is already happening both here ( I saw plenty in the fields on my way over to Fuento/A on Wednesday). the same as the islands. But there is a big difference Spain still needs food which is easily transported. My son has a farm in Ibiza and lockdown is crippling, they were told that if there were less than 1 person listed then they would reopen well there has been no cases but they are still on lockdown, following mainland Spain. The difference is that there is nothing coming in on the Island, except for the big supermarkets, this year could well kill the islands biggest industry, my son grows the main supply on the island for the restaurants, hotels, bars as well as the public, 4,000 Basil seeds alone chilies, and other herbs etc. Yes he can now have workers back with written permission, but, there will be no tourists for the establishments so no orders taken everything is shut. All there has a knock on effect.

So shutdown here still understandable but let the islands decide for themselves after all they pay their taxes but only get back a small percentage in revenue.

Is the OP oing to hide away until a vaccine is found maybe this time next year?

Within a few months Europe must restart their economies while protecting the vulnerable, carry on like this and more people will die through the lockdown than the virus.

Murcia Today also reported last September that you could now get your Padron done at the Community Centre on Camposol B. It still hasn’t happened and when we turned up to get it the lady in the office was furious about the misinformation!

The need for a more age or illness targeted approach to this whole situation is most clearly evident when you look at UK figures. At the start of this last week, of the 6,000 or so deaths recorded as being related to the virus only 10 were of people under the age of 40. That's 10 out of 33 million (half the population).

Like in many other countries, I suspect the UK government is close to announcing the easing of restrictions on certain sectors eg shops and cafes. You simply can't ignore the economic damage of lockdowns. The financial support being provided to furloughed workers, small businesses, big financial institutions etc is absolutely massive and it will be being felt for the next decade as the UK government and others try to claw back revenues and reduce the impending unprecedented national debt problem. 

I know 3 people that have got it at this moment all mid 40s all survived but they were all quite ill .My wife works in a care home (I worry about her ) I work as a delivery driver if we dont work we dont get paid and probably sacked if we get the virus we get 90pound a week .While the english mps get 10000 pounds extra money for working from home .Health and  safety has gone crazy you cant climb a tree yet you can treat coronas with no gloves or mask
