Hi Alex,
Thank you for allowing me to join the group. We are looking for a nice 2 bedroom property close to the sea, and would appreciate the contact or names of good property agents to assist us with our search please.

Both of reputable companies are established and speak English and come highly recommended.

We also recommend GLM Property
Situated on Rio Nalon in the centre of Los Alcazares. Contacts: Graeme or Romy
We sold our first property and then purchased another with them.
Excellent customer service throughout. Nothing is too much trouble for them and no question is too silly to ask and believe me I asked lots! Prompt replies to email queries also.
Highly recommend.

Hi James
Good luck with your property search.
My partner and I have recently purchased a property through GLM and can happily confirm that their service and aftersales are brilliant , far better than other Agents I have used in Spain in the past .
I am sure they will look after you and guide you through the process.
Hope that helps.

Dream Spanish Homes in Rio Nalon - we bought through them. They went over and above the level of service given, aren’t pushy and show you what you want to see unlike some other agents we have dealt with. Highly recommend.

Hello all,
Thank you so much for your kind replies and assistance and we will hopefully find a place for us. Could l ask you please as we are new to the scene of buying property in Spain, is the it better to be close to the sea or inland a little with a pool ? its just that some people on sites are saying the sea properties are old and difficult to keep, and the noise at night can be an issue - then some say its better value inland a bit. I understand that its a difficult question but any thoughts are very welcome.
Thank you again.
Kind Regards

I think the comments you have received are about right for the area . The seafront properties are generally older without pools & it could also be noisy especially during peak periods . It may suit you better to buy back further inland on an urbanisation with a communal pool . Depending on your budget it should be achievable to purchase within walking distance of the beach albeit there might be a main road or two to cross . If you run with GLM I am sure Graeme could show you the options as there is still a good range of properties available in the area .
Good luck with your search !
