Last month i booked a flight to Gatwick and back via Murcia Airport and Easyjet, on the Return i was meeting my wife at the airport i had arranged to meet her at 4;30 as the flight was at 17.35 we had no luggage. She rang me back saying that her Boarding pass showed 16.45 as departure where mine said 17.35 we looked at departures from Gatwick and it also stated 17.35 so My wife insisted we phoned Easy jet, 45 mins later, with our only response (we will answer your call shortly) this is a semi premium call number. We gave up and both made for the Airport only to find the flight was leaving at 16.45, we got to Easyjet check-in and explained to the operator who said its a mistake? hurry and go through, I had had to get a Taxi because my arranged lift to the Airport was not available at a cost of 48 pounds, when we got back home to Spain we tried to contact Easy jet?? try it its impossible, Phones are not answered and after 6 weeks of sending emails to customer services we were given no explanation and finally given a credit Email saying 50 `pounds which did not cover the cost of the call and the taxi, but 8 days later I decided to swallow and use the 50 pounds against a flight next week, I phoned customer services ticket purchase who do answer the phone, but complaints department does not, The operator said the credit note was only for 38 pounds? I asked if it depreciated daily as my email says 50 pounds her response was well mine says 38 pounds and thats it take it or leave it, I left it.

But just a warning always check your flight times at airport and online because had we missed the flight whos fault would it be and also what is the use of customer services if you can not contact them? we are now in a quandry do we waste another 6 weeks chasing something with no outcome, if only there was another operator from San Javier to Gatwick.
