I'm looking for a cheap 4 week rental property in the Mar Menor and surrounding areas. My budget is around £300 a month. Much obliged.

Good luck with that, 4 weeks is classed as holiday rental and usually command around 300-500 a week, I have an apartment but it is 1000 for a month next year and that is not on the Mar menor but 20 minutes in land.
