They should have opened a Cajamar Wefferent account which is totally free to use as long as you do everything online.
It also has a free to use debit card.
thinking of changing from Sabadell . so when you say it's free as long as you do everything online does that include changing address etc do you know ?

I have just logged on to my Cajamar Wefferent account & it appears that you can can the correspondence address online.

Bank Sabadell now has a free online account including a debit and credit card also offering a 3% discount on regular electricity and gas direct debits.

It is a new online account https://www.bancsabadell.com/bsnacional/en/personal/bank-accounts/sabadell-online-account/
Read the details from web site (I have put English version) then if you like it, personally I would open one and close the other but of course read the full terms and conditions.

Transfer money from a UK account to Banco Sabadell Account and you will get a 29€ charge and lots of hassle. They mention SEPA - the Single European Payment Area which Banco Sabadell and others don't respect.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Wise is not a Spanish bank and will incur costs when using at an ATM
Cajamar Wefferen is an online account with no charges and I have been using this for many years.
Sabadell is launching a new online account, with debit/credit cards as I have mentioned and sent a link, this also incurs no charges, and would have nothing to do with any account opened in branch which would of course be charged.

Yes, I read through the small print.
Talks about SEPA in Euro's.
Nothing about charges for money going in from a UK Bank (which is SEPA Compliant) o somebody needs to ask the question - I transfer to my Sabadell account via Wise.
After being stung with fees.
