Hi Abdel,
Hard to make a specific recommendation without knowing where you are. BUT I thoroughly recommend Wimaz which is in the Port. You can pay monthly and there is no standing charge if you are not there.
They put me on the fiber connection in March and I must say (even on the lowest tariff) it's fast and reliable. Absolutely recommended if it is available on your street.
They have a shop in PDM right next to the Correos.
