Hi there,
On the bus with cash is easiest.
For bus information the most reliable source in El Puerto (and they will be able to give you paper timetables and the staff are lovely) is the tourist information centre. It's on the square nearby to the small Dia in the middle of town. Calle de los Toneleros.
