I booked mine in the pharmacia in Isla Plana in person (a good walk from P. de Maz)...they speak good English (and wonderful Spanish) so I assume one could book by phone.

I rocked up on the day an hour early..no worries, straight in, twizzle of the stick in each nostril, water in the eyes but no big thing. No more than 5 to 6 minutes later certificate in hand, paid the euro 30 and off back to P.de Maz.

It was that simple and painless. So if you are anywhere within striking distance this is the place to go.

Another mini tip...assuming that the authorities will be looking for fake certificates (and they did look quite closely) I clipped my receipt to the certificate so there would be no possibility of that.
