My family and I are considering a permanent move to Puerto de Mazarron from the UK.
We are able to buy a home but thought it might make more sense to rent for a while first to give us time to property search.
My mum and partner live near Alicante so will inevitably come to visit, hence we need a 4 bed not 3 (unless there is a second living space that could be used as a temporary bedroom when they visit)
