My mobile phone is not working need a new phone delivered or someone to fix the one I have.. can anyone please give advise...thank you

Hi Roland it's a Samsung.. sorry I'm doing this for my Cousin she has no communication with anyone so I'm here talking for her.. I can't get throu to her again to ask for full model number all I know is her phone isn't working and needs it fixed or will buy a new one but she is worried about going out due to restrictions to get one she lives in Javier. Only communication I have with her is through th messenger but signal keeps going down... can you help at all letting us know what to do..many thanks

One option would be to buy one through Amazon.es and pay for next day delivery. Make sure the SIM will swap from one phone to the other.

I don't know whether mobile phone shops are among the businesses that have been allowed to reopen yesterday, communications would surely class as essential anyway.
