Banco cajmar

Hi, I have been trying to setup a payment on banco cajmar. It keeps asking me for my phone sign pin but I dont understand what pin it means. Glad of any enlightenment.
Do you have the Cajamar app on your mobile? If so I would imagine that they are asking for the pin number which you use to access your account by phone.

thank you for reply, I shall try using that. And yes I have a mobile app.
The phone sign is a set of 6 numbers Cajamar set up in 2021 when they required extra security processes,nothing to do with your sign in details and always needed to do payments. Look down left side of app, block of lines with various services and think phone sign is one of them. Good luck.
