i could be wrong but i think u need a spanish account when u buy property, then all debits from that, if u did use uk account ,i think be more expensive ￡ to €  then bank charges, theres a bank called revelout , some are using ,maybe look into that , 

It's spelt Revolut, it works very well and exchange rates are the interbank exchange rates, I've never seen these rates offered before.
