I recently had to change provider and the shop were brilliant and assuring. However, the product isn't any good and I'm now stuck with it.
Since posting my dissatisfaction, I've found loads of people with the same problems - constant disconnects & slow - which directly affects my work.
Moral: don't sign up just because the girl in the shop tells you it's fine. They're selling it.
The San Pedro Fibre map doesn't show coverage anywhere near Sucina, just the other side of the motorway on the coast.
The saving grace is, they say there's no contract so you can drop them anytime if they don't deliver.
My fibre optic with Flexa is 50mb and every time I test it there are no problems. OK I have only had my tv package with mobile and landline 2 weeks, but I have not found any slowness. Am very impressed with their service too, they answer emails by return usually.
