Recommended Cleaner for property at Hacienda Riquelme Resort.

Hi, I am buying a property at the Hacienda Riquelme Resort and  I am planning to let friends and family use it, so need a reliable key holder who is happy to clean after use and wash change beds etc.  I was hoping to have an arrangement where the people using it would pay the key holder a pre-agreed amount for the cleaning, 

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated?
