if you mean community charges then each community has its own depending on facilities. Charges differ according to plot sze

Same answer as previously commented on about 'service charges'. You will need to be more specific what you mean by this.

We have Flexa supplying our internet in Sucina - no complaints so far. They will provide a range of tariffs from about 20 euro a month.

Which service?? Do you mean community charge? ‘Service charge’ isnt the description of anything to do with property….if you can explain we’ll try to help….

Again it depends on so much.  Size of apartment, position, does it have security.  On the golf course you’d pay €150 and anything upwards per month.  On a complex in the village with a pool around €50 euros a month.  So it depends what’s on offer at your complex and size that you buy.
