Anyone live on the Urbanización Peraleja Golf or know much about it?
This old thread includes a resident.
There were reports in 2021 that the resort had been purchased and was to be redeveloped; but also another report in 2023 advising that it's licence to draw water may be delayed due to water shortages in the Murcia region.
