I see the golf course has closed on la tercia ( united golf)  and is it still a good place to buy an apartment?

it looks so quiet online when i look at apartments, surely it can't be so deserted?

it really looks like a great place.

Hola  take a look at   Sierra Golf   just down the road towards Balsicas

Golf is open   it is quiet   no site fees    look for Mandells   (Mandy & Dell)

they can help      three pubs   Golf House (nice)   Manolis  (great tapas)  blue palm

(with a pool &English food )   some night internment  if you wish

No shop   or public transport     mind no apartments   but plenty of houses

I looked at several properties on there and they are a bargain price.  The only reason I didn’t go ahead was because I wanted to rent it out.  If you are just looking to buy then I wouldn’t hesitate.  If the golf ever opens again then you would have made a killing as the properties will only go up in value.  All the best 😎
