Hi I am a single man looking at retiring early selling in in the UK and moving to camposol looking online some 2 bedroom bungalows are well into for as little as 45k is this for a reason as they all look pretty attracive and plenty big enough for me and my puppy

Hi

We are playing with the idea of moving long term to the area in the future .

We have been thinking maybe campsite for long term means prob buying a caravan and all the bits to go with it .

Also would prob mean more Benidorm area I would think .

Or do we rent a house instead ?

With a house what is the average bill for what would be like the council tax in the uk be please ?

Gives us an idea on how much would be needed each month .

Hi, has anyone used the transport services from Corvera to LA or Roda . We have been traveling to San Javier airport for 13 years and now have to find a way from Corvera to our home in Vista Azul near Roda. We don’t want to have to rely on neighbours for pick ups and drop offs . On website there seems to be different options but I know that the transport can be pretty unreliable and don’t want to arrive at airport at 9pm at night only to find no transport 🤔. 

Our electricity keeps popping and we think we need to increase the KW.    Do you know if this can be done and is it expensive?

Hi any news on the bus that is meant to be starting in March going to all sectors on camposal I don't want to buy  in c or d as I don't drive a and b are more expensive as near to every thing if their is going to be a bus service then it won't matter what sector I move to 

When I plan to retire to Camposol my income will be mainly my UK based company pension topped up with my UK state pension. Will I pay UK or Spanish Tax? Do I have a choice over which one I pay and if so which one would be better?
