180 Days in Spain

This is a great Facebook Page to join if you own a property in Spain and use it as a holiday home, under new post Brexit Rules we can only spend 90 days in 180 days in Spain or any other EU Country but EU Residents can spend up to 180 days continuously in the U.K, members of this page are campaigning to get this rule changed for home owners like us to able to spend 180 days continuously in Spain.

Lets make learning another language fun. I concentrate on the individual needs. Learn how to speak, pronounce, read and write through games and easy literature.  Just imagine you can converse with your Spanish neighbours, read the Menu in your favourite Restaurant or further your employment.  All private lessons take 90 minutes for which I charge 15 Euros.

I also specialise in teaching German or English for our Spanish friends.

It will be interesting to see how many uk residence like ourselves will change there mind about moving and living in spain.  We had hoped to retire there in a few years but with private insurance being so expensive it will no longer be possible I am sure many other uk residences will now be in the same boat.  Its early days so we are hoping things will change as time goes on.

We are currently renting in Torre de le horadada and are looking to move closer into the costa cálida. Open to area but have a few needs to fullfil  Main consideration is a decent graden/terrace/yard for our dogs.  They are very well behaved, do not destroy things. There are three responsible adults so if possible a separate annex or area someone can have privacy....not asking much!! We prefer 6 - 12 month arrangement

Areas ideally Mazarrón, puerto Mazarrón, but as said open to offers.  We have €700.00 + depending on property.  Our current landlord can supply references

Has anyone had UV window film put onto their glass patio doors or windows and can recommend someone who does this? I know that you can buy it and fit it yourself but getting it smooth and with no wrinkles is a bit of a hassle and we'd like a nice finish to the windows and patio doors of our new house. We're looking for the external mirrored finish film that acts as a deterrent to would-be robbers, as well as keeping out the strong ultra violet rays of the sun.
