what in the UK is road tax and Council tax (rates)?

when does the suma road tax become due

Suma is usually due to be payed by mid June and IBI around October but the latter has been known to change

Suma is just the name of the collection agency! Car tax collected from bank May/June rate depends on car.. Mine is 22€ while partners bigger car is 120! Go to your Suma office or town hall and ask.
