I am no expert but it seems as if your dish needs re-aligning. The round thing you refer to is known as buffering. As far as I am aware for the Costa Calida region you need a dish size a minimum of 1.4metres. The other option would be to get an internet service such as Flexa.

The first thing you should do is get your dish alignment and cabling checked. Hopefully your dish is 1.4 mtr or greater diameter.

We are on Camposol and have two properties, both have 1.9 mtr satellite dishes.

We have a Zgema H2H receiver in one room and an LG smart TV with a built in satellite receiver in another. Both receive UK programmes with no issues and are MUCH more reliable than internet TV. I have a Firestick connected for Netflix, Prime, Disney etc, but can also pick up UK TV via our internet providers service.

Our other property has tenants. They have our old SKY box connected to the dish. That works just fine too.

Any decent satellite receiver should give you decent reception, if your dish is aligned correctly and the cables are good.
