Good morning

I am renting a property in Balsicas and for the lat 10 days have been having big issues with my TV signal with Teleeast. My landlord has reported it. 

My neighbours are having the same issues. We have been told they are investigating the problem, but as its been over a week now wondered whether anyone else was having the same problems and if anyone has an update they could provide me.

There are new owners. I have filled in a hoja de reclamacion and submitted it to Consumo at the town hall.

Thanks for your reply. Has anyone told you what the problem is apart from new owners and when this likely to be rectified.

I cant get any channel working at the moment and am paying my landlord for this service!

If it is any consolation, you are not alone..

I can get no explanation from them as to what has happened to make it be so bad for the past five or six weeks.

we are in Roldan and yes ours is awful we cannot WATCH ANY TV but we have chrome cast and dvd's --we are paying for a service and not getting any, have rung 3-4 times and are told the engineer has our paperwork.
