Buying in Balsicas

Hola    Balsicas   Golf    are you moving to Sierra Golf?

then you have made a very good move    Sierra Golf is made for couples   

we have  German French Belgian Polish and British here 

only let down you need a car to get to the shops    been told the golf course is good

but the clubhouse is fantastic then we have Manolis  our Tapas bar   then the Blue plam   with a swimming pool

all selling food      you will find total quiet

I think Sierra Golf is still a 9-hole, although it is/was planned to build an extra 9 holes.

There are plenty of good golf courses within 20-30 mins of Balsicas - El Valle (in my opinion) is the best, Roda, Mar Menor, La Torre. Further away, even more, including La Manga Real.

Golf in Spain is more expensive than the UK and you should expect green fees of €60-80 at most decent courses, plus another €25-45 for a buggy. However, broker websites such as www.GolfinSpain.com  and www.leadingcourses.com usually have discounted deals.

Hello there, when are you due to be visiting your home there?  I will be in Balsicas end of March again to finalise things.  When last there in December met some amazing locals, love Maria and her daughters place on the main road, and met another expat couple from Scotland.  Really looking forward to spending a lot of time every year in my new home.  Happy for you to private message me to have a cuppa and go over our initial experiences of our new homes?
