moving to sierra golf - Page 2

hi we bought  a holiday home on sierra golf 2 years ago , we bought a resale, we love to go there , we have a car that we leave at the airport , the car came with the house , it has 2 bars and the golf course , everyone  is very friendly , we went through a agent , he has bought on sierra golf , if u would  like to come and look at ours , u are welcome , we are out in may

The urb is great and prices will only rise , good luck 

We bought in 2008, from original builders, not Urmosa, the main benefit is the 9 hole golf course, it has improved over the last couple of years as Urmosa have invested in it. Urmosa are not the people who have built the urbanisation, they inherited the current housing stock when they bought the site at auction from the banks. Our villa has had issues with damp in the under build, as many have, but seemingly not as bad as others (yet),  but we have been fortunate inasmuch as the roof areas have been fine. We have had a log burner put in and it is super to come out to for holidays any time of the year.

The urbanisation is what you make of it, 3 bars on site, food available and the Blue Palm has a swimming pool, so Golf, swimming, walking, running, cycling, beaches 20 minutes away, and Zenia shopping 20 minutes away. The best thing is that it is value for money. From some villas you have a view of the Med, Mar Menor and La Manga strip. Corvera Airport is 20 minutes away and Alicante Airport just over an hour.
