Is Balsicas a Place to retire to regarding safety and Security? - Page 2

Hi there, we bought our house in Torre Alcantara Balsicas 11 years ago and we holiday there about 5/6 times a year. Yes there was a spate of burglaries in the area but no different to any other area in Spain/Ireland/England but seems to have eased off the last few years 🤞🏼Fingers crossed 🙏  Anyway what I love is you have everything you need on your doorstep  i.e. Doctors surgery Pharmacy abundance of shops, banks bars and restaurants and a bus stop and train station just a short walk away. My friend lives full time in Torrevieja (she is 80 yrs and has to walk for 10 mins to get a bus to the nearest doctor and bank) we have no regrets. Hope you find your dream home 

Thank you Julie that helps. I finally worked out the intention of my informant. There have been very helpful comments in support of Balsicas and that's what I expected.
