Nice one, we have had nothing but problems with Compusurf, fed up with it, its a con, its not giving what it should, but the contract covers them.

We heard their equipment was outdated but don't know if there is any truth in that. Their customer service is good but it would have to be to keep up with all the complaints
Fully agree, I cannot stand the stopping and starting of the tv any more, they do not supply the correct output, but if you study their contract, they cover themselvesby saying realy they will do their best.

Builders manged to destroy the fibre cable running through our underbuild, the "boys and girls" at telitec on Camposol couldn't have been more helpful in getting us tempory internet and then repairing the damage, working like Trojans to come up with a workable solution. Cannot thank or recommend them enough. P.s. data speeds are pretty good as well 😁
