Sorry to say Snowflake, I mean Snowcat, sorry.  Seems most of the 'whinging' and attitude seems to be coming from those outside of Camposol on this subject, speaking as a neutral of course. Much like when the new Tesco store opened, the noisy ones were the opposition. Why don't you just let them get on with it?

Because it was the elected representatives of the people ( ie Mazarron Council etc ) that allowed this 'mess' to occur ??

I don't think you can place all the blame on the Council of the day. You have to go right back to the start when most, if not all the properties were bought off plan. In Spain, all the infrastructure is put in place long before the properties are built, with the final road surface put on when everything is finished, and water and electricity comes off builder's supply. The Council will then sign off and accept (if done to the correct standard) what they will be responsible to maintain. All internal roads etc are always down to the residents to maintain.

Unfortunately you had a combination of an untrustworthy builder, Brits (in the main) who wanted cheap properties, Lawyers who allowed houses to be purchased before all the paperwork was done, and agents anxious to get their commission, which was very high on new sales. I remember a very active forum which started almost immediately purchasers realised they were being conned. The current agents who specialiase in Camposol property should be brought to account for not telling prospective purchasers the truth.

It has become a very complex situation over time, but It it's not fair for the rest of the community to pick up the bill for this, and tax payers in the Mazarron region should keep an eye on it.

Jacdog

A neutral from Camposol !!!

By the way

Wrong twice !!! Ooopppppssss 3 times

MOST of the moaning and whinging is coming from the scheme, that's why it's on here 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Regards to Tescos, never mentioned it, and no opposition, mind you think it's simply quite funny though how so many seem to have orspasms over it. Little Britain is expanding it seems !!!

OK

SNOWKATT

(Please note I don't resort to lower level jibes )

Enjoy

rmla44 - I don't think the issue is called  complex at all ! - it's called CORRUPTION ! -  Masa, and the then Council of Mazarron were in collusion to defraud, with the local Notary and lawyers. It's no coincidence that Masa went into receivership. - they were allowed to! - They lost no actual money, just avoided paying their debts.  The money went with the Family, who live in luxury in Miami -  with the rest of the world's villains!

Unless, of course frequentflyer has a spare €10 million he wants to spend ?

I am more than willing to pay my €250 towards the upkeep of Camposol...and I can assure you if you refuse to pay your share and try and take Mazarron council to court to try and force them / tax payers of Mazarron to pay for something that a private developer has not Finnish ...you will still be hear in 10 year's time arguing about repairs  ..I have been on Camposol for 13 years and i can tell you ...you are playing right into the hands of the council ...it would suit them fine if it takes another 10 year's of arguing in the courts ...so pay up and take what's on offer or ship out if you can't afford to pay the €250 that's been asked for...any other way it just not going to happen.

Corruption is rife in Spain and every country in the world! I dealt personally with Masa year's ago when I bought a property directly from them at another location and I soon found out how they operated and where they lived including South America!

I don't know how long you have lived on Camposol, but you'll just have to get used to the idea that you are going to have to pay if you want the area to improve. Don't just shift the bill to someone else!

Anyone on this forum who is contemplating buying a property there should read, not only this thread, but all the available history on the internet. If that photo of the property in the sun at Camposol at a knock down price is still tempting you, wake up.....if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
