If it's that wonderful , why have you left ?  .Who lives in paradise , then moves .

You obviously grew up in 60's and 70's when there were proper jobs with decent pensions , when you could afford to buy a house . New Labour and the Tories ended all that ...They sold out to the banks and corporations while filling their own pockets ....

...

They couldn't care less about the British working class . I'm leaving the UK because it is a s**thole and I am now embarrassed to be English and I don't say that lightly . We parade around the world like we still have an Empire , joining in every illegal war the Yanks tell us too . Treason May is the worst Prime Minister ever and thats up against some pretty stiff competition .

So don't pine for Good old England ...She died years ago .

Well said I am moving over very soon can’t wait to get away from England a big shithole now all the best to you I am moving to D   Mick 😎

Hi everyone Im new to the forum.  Myself and my hubby are hoping to move to Spain in the future.  Camposol sounds like it has a fantastic community spirit.

I've noticed that none of the properties I have been looking at have central heating for the winter. I have been looking at the smaller properties because of our budget. Has anyone had central heating installed and how much approximately does it cost.

Also is it only certain sectors that have communal pools? We intend coming over to have a look at the place and if we like we will rent to get a proper feel of the place.

Thanks very much

Camposol is a fantastic place, and the last few months have proved that.

Come over. rent, look around, choose a place and get estimates fr what you want.

Central heating may be already in the place you finally choose, worth paying a bit more for a place it is already installed in.

Also a log burner, every bit is a bonus.

You could not pick a better place, but remember, help out, do your bit, and we will excell with everyone looking after Camposol.

As you say UK is a S hole, which is a shame, but the near future of the UK is now destroyed with what is now happening.

A lot of serious changes will take place, and power will shift to those who want to cause problems.

It was predicted long ago this would happen, and now it is here.

Sadly many will see there lives altered for the worse, law and order will break down, and the police will be afraid to act for fear of disciplinary action against them.

MPs will bottle it, and go down the easy route.

Its happening now, history will be wiped out, and big changes will take place.

UK is not strong enough to survive it, very sad.

These are my personal views, but its started as you see.

Not sure what you are saying, you only get out of life what you put in, and us Camposilians are happy to put everything in to make our community great.

There is a budget for Camposol, and it is for the lights and the bridge.

It will all not happen at once, so residents should get out, tidy up outside the Villas, pull up all the weeds, and support the B Clean party who do a great job.

If you live here, support it, do your bit, its your responsibility, make our Camposol look good, its our future, and your investment.

Never put down where you live, get out and do something, look at the dual carriage way, and the great work done in cleaning it up, fantastic job, it looks good, and when completed it will be a example of what can be done.

Its your Community, get stuck in and and help.

What lights ...the street lights have not worked since I’ve been here . The roads are a disgrace . What are we paying taxes for ?

I think you are in for a big shock ..if you think England is a big shite hole ...just wait until to go round the back streets of  the so called Utopia that you have found in Spain and you will soon change your mind about your home country .

Sorry, cannot agree with some of the comments here putting down the UK

Just looking at the news you will see most, if not all countries, in the world have their problems. Both the financial crash and the current virus are global issues that all countries have to come to terms with and both events clearly show that the EU is no longer the single unified entity it claimed to be

Brexit simply adds a new dimension for the UK and while the timing of the virus is unfortunate it may well be a blessing in disguise in terms of negotiating any new terms, or simply walking away

IMO, if the UK had the weather that Spain is able to offer then many more people would never have left or bought a second home
