Monsora Villas - Page 4

I bought a Monsora on Sector C6, I guess I was lucky when I bought it in june 2017, NO vandalism whatsoever, all the kitchen was in tact, as were the bathrooms, it was a bank repo, and NO the bank would not take a lower offer on the asking price, however, what i was not informed about was the fact it was a private sector/community, and we have to pay monthly fees and maintain the roads, lighting etc, saying that, even if I knew this information, I would have still bought the house, but it would also have been nice to know upfront, so thats something else to be aware of.

We're in the process of buying on C10 we weren't informed about the additional maintenance costs but did know about them because of this forum. I'm under the impression that the whole of Camposol will be liable for these sort of charges in the very near future.

Could anyone who  has any info on the villas,please let me know as we are going to buy on C or D pm or otherwise,  also we would like to use electric bikes to get to the shops etc is there anywhere to lock them up for 5 to 6 hours,thank you

 just out of interest what number did you purchase, as were in the process of purchasing no 26 but due to the pandemic pulled out of the deal but are still interested in buyung one of the properties and plan to come out in Feb.

Hi Debbie due to the epidemic and having flights cancelled twice we decided to pull out of the villa we were buying on D but, hopefully we will be back next year and we will be looking for something  closer to amenities and the coast  cheers Kelv 

Hi Hilary, I appreciate that this is a while after the original conversation, but I’m having a video call with an agent today showing me around the remaining  Monsora villas on D10...the ones with underbuild opposite the communal pool. I would very much like the information that you kindly shared with others please?
