Annie, Please be most carefull about buying. Sorry to say that people have had some terrible experience, and lost all Thier money. This is a fact! You will be told all sorts of good things particularly by agents. Having said that, the area is not all bad and there is a good social net work. But it pays to be exstemly carefull here
