Can't see why not. They all have there own affiliates and doctors but you should be able to tell them your region of residence and they will provide a list
We used salus, If it helps. No pre existing and cost us 1560 together

We call them if we need a Doctor and they give us the clinic they working with. (Just have done this once - the optometrist told me to get a second option - it's just old age and dry rod in my case)
