IS there any reason to be nasty or rude ? Not everyone knows about this I have never brought before okay . All I wanted was somewhere to be in the sun with my dog realistically as I don’t drive was simply asking you guys . This is hard for me so calling me a lunatic is hurtf

Take no notice,

The greater community on Camposol are fantastic, we have lived here for about 1 year, and all is great.

You will always find those who will put you down, as I found when I thought of a good idea for Camposol.

Not sure what position you are in, but rent first, look at all sectors, search out everything, ask questions, then decide.

If you want sound advice, speak to Dawn in Mercers, we trusted her 100% , and she was great, she sorted everything for us.

99% of the community are great, there is always some who will see negative in everything, they need to return to the UK, where negativity is rife.

Simply look up Mercers estate agents Camposol, and give them a E/Mail.

They were brilliant to us, and they will help you all the way.

Remember what ever you buy in Spain, allow 10-12% on top for tax etc.

I hope you find some thing on Camposol we are a great community, well nearly all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MrWhippy, whilst Ian007 has not phrased it delicately,  buying without seeing is very high risk. The street you mention  is not far from us on sector D  and there is no way we could manage without a car, though we are thinking of electric bikes. Also, if l am looking at the correct place, the properties won't have much if any outside space for a dog to run free but safe and fenced. For us Camposol is just what we wanted but we did do a great deal of online research and a weeks visit to begin to get a feel for the area, lots of driving, looking and exploring, upto 200km a day around and about. As it was we felt we taking a risk even then, a month or more would have been better, but as with you not all our wishes are possible. We were very lucky and got it right for us, hope you sre as lucky.
