Hola   I am 66  divorced  and happy    I live alone near to Balsicas     I just love my new life style

Be warned about many rogues who try to obtain your money      such as Specialist Vehicles of San Javier   I bought a car from them   two weeks later the engine blew up    they would not answer my e-mails or phone call    in the end I lost €3,000    also TV  can be a rip off I had off the internet  some system but it went from €115  to €275      try satellite  free sat

also I agree  about rent before you buy     ask about  flooding     it may pay to look for high ground       All the Best

Mr Whippy I don't want to dampen your spirits on moving to Camposol - if you don't  live on either Sector A or B you will have a long walk to the shops and bars. I'd also look at the area you are thinking of purchasing - Camposol has suffered and recovered from the floods in 2014 which has been highlighted in many forums and websites. Look on Google on the area of Camposol.

To get to other places like Murcia, Mazarron etc you will need a car.

The street you mention is on Sector D - you will need a car to the shops unless you like 35mins walk.

Hopefully you've not put down a deposit - as I have seen you're doing things blind. I'd suggest staying within sector's A & B.

Contact Luz Del Sol or other estate agents with your wishes and your budget.

Mr Whippy - there is a community bus that covers all sectors, all is not doom and gloom.

Join the Camposol Online FB should be details there, plus the Campobus FB page.

My one disappointment when we used Mercers was that they told us we did NOT need a car on sector D which is rubbish. For me, you need a car to get around Spain in an easy and efficient way and although there is the recently introduced community bus you still need to book in advance and I assume stick to some kind of timetable, which can be limiting...?
