I have this smart meter in my property in Spain.
https://www.sagemcom.com/V02/smart-city/smart-meter/electricity/plc-power-line-carrier/plc-t210-three-phase000/
I have no electric in the house.

All the trip switches have been reset etc but still nothing.

The smart meter has a steady amber light showing if that means anything.

Anybody have any idea what the problem might be ??

Bills are all up to date.

No consumption for 10 months though only standing charges.

Hi Roland,

I don’t know the answer to your issue, but you may like to give Tom Ford a call on 666 133 674

He is very knowledgeable and a qualified electrician.

Good luck

No sure what type of Villa you have but when we had a Classico on C2 there was a communal supply box where the main 415v supply came in and then eveach Villa had  a marked R.C.D in that supply box, might be worth asking a neighbour, I am on Camposol and was an electrian but I don't have any testing equipment here or much knowledge of the Spanish Electrical Supplies but I'm happy to pop round to your place if you can't get a local electrian and have look you can ring me on 07415840064 (English phone)

Our Smart Meter has a reset button. When pressed, the amber light turns green - might help.

The amber light indicates that the meter has cut off due to power demand above the contracted potencia .... too many appliances on, or a fault to which the meter has reacted before the trips cut out.

It is a Fiesta villa on A.

There is no communal supply just a box with 2 meters in it one is the neighbours.

They have electric.

I just wonder if the keyholder is not turning on the switches on the consumer unit properly or not in the right order ??

Having said that when they turn all the switches to on, the power does not come on in the house.

Pressing the orange button on the meter does not help.

Thanks for the offer of popping round much appreciated.

Nothing can have tripped out the electric in the house as the electric has been turned off for 10 months.

Hi Roland

I have the identical meter albeit 500mts away from our house in someone else's land. We have overloaded on occassions and as potencia only 3.5 kW and had to go to meter and press orange button as Will60 stated. Have you had no power since arriving or did you have power and it's just gone off? I would give the electrician a ring as it's possible it's not a DIY fix if orange button doesn,t reset. When we reset we have all appliances switched off first in house in case it's a fault on one of them. Hope you get sorted quick it's distressing.

Regards

Pauline
