Thinking of putting my property up for rent

Hi all,

I was last at Condado in August for the full month and really enjoyed it although ,my kids did get bored during weeks 3 and 4!  We found the whole Covid related testing requirements a real bummer and are now surprised at the price of flights and the ongoing travel restrictions.

As a result I'm thinking of emptying our clothes etc from the wardrobes and putting the apartment on the market to rent. Can anyone advise if there is much demand at the minute for rental property and what rent we could achieve?  We have a 2 bed apartment on Naranjos 3.  We don't have a pool but instead a beautiful tranquil garden. The rear of our property faces the main service road into Condado so no noisy cars parking behind us and the sun all day on the terrace!

Also would I have any Spanish income tax to pay?
