As for how you are invited, I have no clue for Spain, sorry. In the UK we got a text message, others have had letters, nonehave been telephoned that I know of. The vaccinations in the UK are a collaboration between local authorities and the NHS....

Dont worry about it if you are allowed and they probably wont let us do much but if I can do it I will life is for living and with all the shit the authorities have put in everywhere then nobody is allowed to live. I guess we will be forced to have the vaccine to be able to travel or even do anything normal but if it is up to me then they can stick their vaccine where the sun dont shine
My goodness you are worried that those who have been vaccinated will give you Covid!!! If I were your family I would be insisting that you had private vaccines so you wouldn't infect me! It may be a good idea for Boris to put Spain on the RED list, given what I have been reading here.

Do you not know that private vaccines are unavailable to ANYONE
