test to fly re enter uk

H all

we arrive for a long weekend on Thursday 22nd July returning to the UK on Monday 26th July, visiting our place in Hacienda Requelme.

On previous visits we have arranged tests to fly back in Murcia but need a facility closer to San Javier to arrange the test to fly back to the UK. Has anyone recently done this and can appointments be booked on line or over the phone as we can't seem to locate the medical centre in San Javier that does the tests. We arrive on the Thursday and will need the tests done on the Friday.

Any help would be appreciated

The place is Virgin La Caridad medical centre San Javier the phone number is 968191800. I haven't used it but Friend's have and say it's great
