IBI tax

Hi, does anyone know how I can pay IBI without being in Spain. It must be paid by August but we will not be in Spain until September. Thought it might be possible by bank transfer?

Always best to set up a direct debit, it might be difficult to get your Bank to do it over the phone from the UK as you really need the paperwork.Probably best to wait until you there and pay the fine, it shouldn't be much.

I always pay it on-line, it's quite easy. See attached photo - choose 'payment of receipts', all the details required are on your bill, at the end you can print out a receipt. Hope this helps

Thanks, that's perfect and seems easy to do.
If its your first you normally have to pay direct in Cartegena . After that you can set up a Direct Debit
