Agreed Paul

As I said in my post, most of that area has been unoccupied since being built and will need a huge investment to get it back to where we would all like it. Given the unreasonable rental ambitions of the owners, this unfortunately is unlikely to happen anytime soon.

As for the rental units in the town centre, I too made enquires a couple of years ago and was met with responses similar to yourself. No one could (or would) advise who the owner was!  I approached the Resort Administrator (Admiburgos) and they advised to contact the woodhouse owner to try and find out.

Quite ridiculous advice and I eventually gave up, as it seemed it was going to be easier to find the location of The Holy Grail!!!!!

Whisper has it that the owners of Golf Property Store (in the town square) either own the units or have access to the information you are looking for.

If that is indeed the case, it amazes me that a Real Estate Agent on the Resort would not want to get the units rented in order to get the resort thriving more.

Again, hopefully there are now more realistic aspirations rent wise from the current owners and we can see a full, bustling and resurgent town centre and resort. (including the area around the golf course)

Holy Grail

Found that on the tenth hole 😆😆

I suppose fingers crossed is the hop

If Ginger took the time to see where the OP is located, he would see that it is La Torre. Get your facts straight Ginger. It's not all about Camposol.

Enough said!!

If Gem took time they would heed their own advice and look where a poster is based before assuming.

Think Ginger needs to wind their neck in, as got it totally wrong, commenting on a different place to which the OP was referring.

As Ginger quoted "but tge original poster was querying the sorry state of a golf complex, obviously not La Torre." Wrong Ginger!

A bit rich calling me a "keyboard warrior".

Get over your mistake and move on.

In my response I was referring to the abysmal state of Camposol golf complex, I passed earlier this morning and it hasn’t changed. gem in his response derides my comments and then goes into  a PR campaign fir La Torre. GEM gives the impression La Torre is now. Beautiful and thriving, no do...

...ubt it is but tge original poster was querying the sorry state of a golf complex, obviously not La Torre. GEM  please put brain into gear before becoming another keyboard warrior.

I am really not sure where Camposol golf comes into this? The guy is based at La Torre, so one has to assume that he is referring to La Torre and not Camposol! Why would anyone living at La Torre want to go to Camposol and play golf there? Very odd!

The original post was based in La Torre!! Why on earth you keep criticising other people when you (from Camposol) deviate from the original post, talk about an irrelevance and then leave silly comments about what the sensible ones post!

Thanks Tarrystone. 👍

I would just like to confirm that the context of the subject this post is relating to is purely based on La Torre golf complex where we are currently staying and have observed positives and negatives although the maintenance of the general resort is very good the missing link is the golf side of things except the coarse which is in good shape sadly the expected club house etc is very much lacking 🤨🤨😩

Everyone got it bar one Paul.

Hopefully my response and comments to your original post went some way to explain why things are where they are.

The owner of the golf course (GNK) has nothing to do with the buildings and general area referred to, so not in their control.

Definitely not where property owners on La Torre want it to be, but hopefully some realism from the general property owner prevails and we get some much needed investment into the areas discussed.

We can but hope! 🤞

How many of the commercial units are empty? Any idea when they will be let?
