Thank you Jim, that has helped ease my mind.  For medical reasons we are unable to come over for at least 6 to 8 weeks

We just bought in San Pedro, not far from the Hotel Trania. We are in Ireland right now but will be there end Sept. No personal belongings in the house but am trying to find out if there has been any damage. Might you know anything about this area please - the house is on Estambul? I was not in thhat part of San Pedro but my guess is that there was not too much damage although if you had an underground garage there would have been flooding.

I might be in San Pedro over next few days and can check for you if I do.

Do u want to give me a house number, no problem if you dont

I am getting flight today and will be there for 9 days I will check that area as not to far from me

Hi Jim - that's very kind, & yes please I would appreciate it if you could check that area at your convenience.  The street is Estambul and it's a short walk from behind the hotel Trania. For security reasons I won't pass in the house no but a look at the street would be enough to give an idea if the state it's in I think. Thanks again. Regards Ann

No need to Ann. I am from Belfast . We own an apartment in Lo pagan at the beach do not sure what we will find. Is your apartment near the trains hotel or restaurant?
