Lots of residents all nationalities depends on which block you saw....but also many holiday owners. Our apartment is on Mastil the block above the Shamrock.
If you play golf or are thinkng of renting to golfers then you wont get owners discount as the boukevard is not part of MMG but there are plenty of places that give the same discount if you want tonplay on MMG. There are a number of local golf societies...my partner plays with San
javier golf society..they play all the local courses at good rates..Serena most weeks but others too.
Only other restriction for the amenities on the resort is that you cant use the 14 communal pools as its not included in the community charge but you can use the town centre pool opposite the hotel but its only open 3 or 4 months in the summer...its free if you buy a drink.
You can access everything else if you want to...
