I was with Bankia now taken over by Caixa. I decided , and I think it is compulsory , to download the AP , needed for online purchases, One has to put in a choice of ID nos. (not P/P/) so I put in my residencia no. which begins with an E immediately a message appears It must begin with an X or M ! So total failure. So decided to look at comments and there was not one good comment most people reported failures. I look for a box to report my problem but seems to be discontinued.!! To be continued.......
