Does anyone know if the Sunday market down in the port is on this weekend due to it being Christmas Eve? We know it's not the Spanish Xmas but wondered

Can not confirm your main question whether the market is open, but from my experience Spaniards start their Christmas celebrations on the 24th most shops will close in the afternoon, so people can return to their families.
