Hi,

I'm looking for work, any offers greatly appreciated.  I live a few km from Mazarrón. I am open to all types of work, I have quite wide experience, but preferably would like to find work-from-home employment.

Experience:

general technical assistant digital signage company, cook, kitchen assistant, customer service agent, data entry, evaluator, teaching English, transcriptions, translations mostly Spanish to English, telecommunications technician, solar energy labourer, general labourer jobs, fruit/vegetable picking, online bitwork like labelling images, etc.

Good at customer service-type jobs, not so good at sales-type jobs.  I am English, speak fluent Spanish, in Spain for many years now.  I am accustomed to working from home, being professional, consistent, reliable, pleasant, etc.

Very grateful for any opportunities.

Hi Tomjon,

No, afraid not.

There was an ad on milanuncios empleo Murcia for an after-sales support job this morning, I applied, you should too if your skills/experience fit the bill, I think you need Dutch as well as English 'though, not sure - the Dutch language requirement rules me out if that is so.

If you have the stamina, stomach, and need, there's always work tomato picking and other fruit and veg.  In this heat, one must assess one's health and the serious risk to it such work entails.

You might get a kitchen assistant job or similar in the Puerto de Mazarrón as those places sometimes advertise waiter or cook jobs.

I found that without a car, job-hunting has been extra-difficult here and everywhere else, and the kind of online/self-employed work I used to keep myself alive and pay my bills with started drying up a few years ago with the advent of free translation tools and the creeping poison that AI is in the jobs market is worsening that with each year that passes...

Best of luck.

Thank you for that insight. We can only keep looking. Tegards
