Or you could go to Specsavers in La Zenia they will send you a paper/certificate allowing you to travel to that region for medical purposes.

I took someone there on Saturday as they did not want to drive so my name was added to the paper.

You need to tell them you are outside their area and ask for a certificate which they will send by email
