I personally try and get work done by Spanish tradesmen from the Port/Mazarron town. Not least because they are cheaper. Never had any problem with reliability either. 

For plumbing and electrics, I recommend Santi: his English is basic but will accept a WhatsApp. He is well respected and is a local tradesman who is also certified to sign off other people's electrical work for safety. +34 619 46 44 63
