I have downloaded the NHS app also but that also says QR code not accepted !!  We do not have a clue, as it applies to both my wife and I

When your download your COVID travel pass / proof of vaccination you download a PDF with 2 QR codes on it.

The locator form will only accept a form with 1 QR code.

The only way round this is to print your proof of vaccination form.

It's just a small glitch on the multi million ££ system.

😁😁

We just hope that when we get to the airport in Spain we will not be turned away ?

I would get all your documents in order before you go if I was you !!!   I used to live there for a long time but haven’t been back since this covid lark so I’m not sure what they are being like at the airport ?

Oh my goodness, it is just so complicated, I thought this should be an easy process - I feel sure that we will be turned away at the airport!!!

Roland is right.    I just saved all the codes separately in my documents and will just scan them at the airport

And I took the old fashioned approach & printed them all off !!

Saves fiddling with you phone.

Wave the paper with the QR code & you are in.
