Glynn Hi

Many thanks!

I’ve been reading about flies in Sucfina. Is this just English people exaggerating / not adjusting or is there a real problem?

Cheers

Andrew

Hi John. Re your question on the flies - there are flies but no more than you’d expect in a warm country.

I appreciate you tend to get less the closer you are to the coast but we’ve stayed in various locations in Spain and there’s always flies.

You only have to look at the UK at the moment - temperatures have risen to mid / high 20’s and lo and behold the flies are out over here too.

In my opinion, it’s a small price to pay to stay in a lovely place like Sucina.

Don’t let the negative comments put you off - it’s the best thing we ever did buying our house there.

I transfer over to Cajamar Last year, and there were no Charges, I received in my mailbox this morning, As of 15/12/21 they will be introducing Account maintenance charges of 30e per Quarter, 120e a year. Saying if your not happy with this you may cancel your account Free of charge. Advising to change to another account.

This has now been Resolved online, you need to join the Cajamar Co-operative for free banking. I opened the Account in Oct 20, but due to covid we were unable to travel to complete the Co-operative part of the Setup. I contacted the Bank and they said it could be done online. Which we did. The Staff were very help full.

I did see a fly last week! It might have been the week before though.

It seems there was an infestation some years ago, it's still talked of, and it may happen again, who knows?

I've only been here three years and found that there are no more flies here than anywhere in the UK.
