Hi
I have had accounts with La Caxia, Bankinta, and dear old Cam when they were going.
Upon opening the accounts I always discussed charges and said I do not want to pay for such things as, debit card, withdrawals ect.
It is up to the discretion of the branch manager and you have to remind them every year of the terms agreed, if you forget they will make a charge but if you spot this early enough they will refund you.
I have now been with La Caxia for over 10 years.
